There are 3 different pay structures for our corporate packages
Corporate Sponsorship the company pays 100% of the costs associated with the program.
Employee/Corporate sponsorship the company and the employee agree on a percentage that each will cover. (ex: Company 60% / Employee 40%)
Employee sponsorship means the employee covers 100% of the costs
FOR INITIAL VISITS, PAYMENT IS DUE ON OR BEFORE THE DAY OF SERVICE. FOR SUBSEQUENT VISITS WE CAN INVOICE YOUR COMPANY, PAYABLE ON NET30 TERM
