FITNESS

Being fit is something that we are all in control of.  Being fit does not require a lot of money.

Some of the basics are listed below, water intake, moderation of eating, and exercise.

WATER

Let’s start with something simple you can change.  It’s free. Drink more water.

EATING

 I don’t think we should deprive ourselves of foods we love.  Moderation is the key. Incorporating the Superfoods is a must.

 EXERCISE

I know some or most people hate to exercise.  I am not one of them. Some people can work out regularly and still don’t like.  They just do it because of the benefits and they know they need to do it.

Exercise can be very addicting. For some when they don’t work out they feel lethargic and yucky.  Your body knows what it needs.

Find something you can enjoy, even if only a little and do that. Consistency is one of the keys to successful fitness. 

You don’t have to join a gym. Walking is free.

You can always try a boot camp.
