A fun, challenging, and highly effective outdoor fitness program. This stimulating workout alternative is designed to melt body fat, build strength, increase endurance, and encourage your personal best! You will burn more calories, challenge more fitness components, and achieve FASTER RESULTS than with any other program out there...and you'll love doing it!
Each four-week session is unique and carefully designed to yield MAXIMUM RESULTS. You will benefit from energizing, open-air fitness instruction, the genuine support of your fellow campers, and valuable, eye-opening nutrition seminars. You will also receive pre- and post-camp evaluations to track your individual progress and your personal goal achievements.
Whether you are a beginner or an avid fitness enthusiast, want to lose weight, or are simply bored with the same old workout routine, this program is for you! Women of all fitness levels, sizes, and ages are participating, testing their limits, and achieving INCREDIBLE RESULTS

What if I’m not very physically fit?
That’s what we’re here for! NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing, safely. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet 3-5 times per week in the very early AM for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:45 am.
What can I expect to get out of it?
You should make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. Camp exercises include programs designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, and increase stamina.
By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength - and you‘ll look and feel better. In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your same goals for acquiring a more healthy mind and body. And to top it all off we’ll throw in a FREE nutrition seminar and Body & Mind Boot Camp T-Shirt.

How much will it cost? Your 1st 3 days per week camp will be $199 (less than $17 per day) and subsequent camps, only $159 (lil over $13 per day)
