What do we stress about? Our jobs, our families, too much traffic, bills, life, etc.Some things you can do to lessen the stress are:
take a warm hot bath
get a relaxing massage
chill out let that car pass you by
sit still and be quiet
live in the present
have some fun, find something interesting to do
set small goals
exercise
talk to someone
If the stress just doesn't go away and increases drastically. For example, dizziness, severe anxiety, or obsessive thoughts. Then you may need professional assistance.
Since blood sugar tends to drop when worrying, eat three meals a day, plus small snacks.
Caffeine, may add to feelings of anxiousness.
