SPA INFORMATION & POLICIES
Tipping is always up to our guests' discretion. SPA etiquette suggest 15% - 20%, which, if, in cash is given directly to your spa professional. The Spa does not deduct any of this unless it is added to a credit card. We do have signs posted, not to be tacky or pushy, but because people often ask us how much to give.
Gift certificates are a wonderful gift to those you care about. They are non refundable. Products may be exchanged for credit if unopened. No cash refunds are given.
Services are by appointment. Your punctuality is appreciated. Your service may be shortened if you are late. The popularity of our services do not provide us the luxury of running behind. If, however, we are behind due to our error, you will receive full service. If you are running late, please call us to advise.
Credit cards to hold, but not charge, for your appointments may be required. This is because sometimes people don't show up and we lose money and that space could have been provided to someone else who wants our services. We ask that you be considerate of our cancellation and no show policies. Full service will be charged for no shows. $25 may be charged for same day cancellations. Please cancel or reschedule within 24- 48 hours of your appointment.
Smoking is not permitted in the Spa or prior to service. For the benefit of the therapist and for you. We want you to enjoy each and every visit and have an escape. All efforts are made to conduct our business in the finest, friendliest, cleanest, healing, non toxic environment as possible. If you are a smoker, we just ask that you not smoke maybe 2 hours prior to services, so it won't be released from your skin and clothes.
We encourage our guest to share their opinions with us satisfied, dissatisfied or otherwise. If there is anything you feel we can improve upon, please let us know.
We offer treatments that are ideal as employee incentives, corporate gifts, employee recognition awards, or as part of an Employee Wellness Program to help reduce stress related issues and illnesses.
We are happy to be the vehicle thru which you may find people and products other than our own. We hope you find someone or something that can enhance your life.
