I don't know about you, but I do not always get enough sleep. For various reasons.
Most of us are definitely sleep deprived.
We lead busy lives and when it's time to rest our bodies, we can't shut our minds down.
We rush through the day, through the week. Trying to cram as much as we can on the weekends. Really who has time for sleeping?We better make time.
According to the experts sleep affects our health. It's the quality and the quantity of the sleep that is both important.
Lost sleep can not be made up. Lack of it will catch up to you.

What are some things you can do:
- Prepare for bed properly
- Keep consistent sleep schedule
- Turn off the tv

- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, food before bedtime
- Soak in a hot tub or get a steam treatment
- Get a massage
- Listen to soothing music
- Keep your colon clean
Establish a routine and use techniques to reduce your stress.
